Informations

Swiss cheese based on friable paste milk. It is of hard consistency and, for this reason, can be grated, such as Grana Padano and Parmigiano Reggiano. It is matured for at least 18 months in its area of origin; it has an ivory-colored paste up to light yellow and a tender and short crust pastry. The rind is natural, hard, dry and brownish-yellow in color.
